Founder of B&B Marine Services sp. z o.o. Surveyor, entrepreneur, sefarer, lawyer and lecturer. Anone-man band with passion for the sea passed down from generation to generation.
Graduate Law at the University of Businessand Administration in Gdynia andMarine SurveyingLloyd’s Maritime Academy in London. He started work as a Surveyor in 2012 in one of the first companies dealing with marine claims adjustmentin Poland. Actively sailing on commercial vessels since 2013. Since 2015 the President of the Board of See Investments Sp. z o.o., dealing, among others, with administrative services for entrepreneurs. Additionally, in his spare time he lectures on STCW courses.
Marian Benkowski
Head of the Stability and Audit Department
Co-founder of B&B Marine Services Sp. z o.o., master mariner with 20 years of experience in rank. He has led many complex projects in the offshore filed, a specialist in heavy cargo handling, as well as cargo and stability. Consultant on maneuvering and stability calculations highly valued by shipowners.
During his long career he has implemented ISM and ISPS regulations in many companies, meeting with a favorable opinion of external auditors.
Marek Siemianowicz
Head of the Szczecin’s branch of B&B Marine Services
A man from family with marine traditions. He graduated Bachelor studies in navigation at Maritime University in Szczecin with specialization in maritime transport, which he later completed withMSc studies. In 2012, he began a seafarer career on board merchant ships.
An experienced senior officer on bulk carriers holding a Master Mariner license.
Involved in the implementation and training of the crew in the operation of the vessel Management System – Bassnet. Currently employed as SafetyOfficer on board ro-pax ferries. Certified Fire Prevention Inspector.
Piotr Walentynowicz
Head of Supply Department, Marine Surveyor
Active nautical officer on ro-pax vessels constantly improving his professional qualifications. For many years employed as a regional manager in large corporations dealing with sales of e.g. ICT equipment. Since 2012 he has been connected with sea transport. He graduated Maritime University in Szczecin, moreover a certified ICT technician with experience in electrical and digital engineering. He has extensive technical knowledge of both the maritime sector and new technologies. Fluent in IMO regulations and resolutions. He has dealt with inspections of specific cargoes on heavy lift and ro-ro vessels on numerous occasions.
Participant of many industry courses, including on container cargo stowage.

Office manager with over 15 years of customer service experience.
Formalities, documents and meticulousness are her element, which translates into fast, comprehensive and professional service. Provides technical and logistical facilities allowing the rest of the crew to devote themselves to field work.
